A rental for many years, this three-bedroom flat in a stunning seaside block was in need of a complete restoration and refurb.

We oversaw the redesign from start to finish, installing a new kitchen, bathroom, windows, and flooring, with a focus on warm, natural materials and layered textures throughout.
